我们的园长
尤丽娜园长 / You Lina
主持特级园长工作室获上海市教育系统劳模创新工作室，是“上海市中小学（幼儿园）中青年骨干教师团队发展计划”项目领衔人。
现任奉贤区教育学会副会长兼任学前教育专业委员会主任、奉贤区劳模协会理事、奉贤区兼职督学、奉贤区教育发展专家委员会委员等社会职务。
有20年多年市级示范园园长的经历，在市、区学前教育领域享有很高的知名度与社会声誉。
The Special-grade Kindergarten Leader Studio under her leadership won the title of Model Workers Innovation Studio in Shanghai Education System. She is the leader of the project "Development Plan for Young and Middle- aged Key Teachers in Shanghai Primary and Secondary Schools (Kindergartens)".
At present, she is the vice president of Fengxian Education Association and concurrently the director of Preschool Education Professional Committee. She also serves as the director of Fengxian Model Workers Association, part-time inspector of Fengxian District and member of Fengxian Education Development Expert Committee.
With more than 20 years' experience as kindergarten leader of municipal demonstration kindergarten, she enjoys high popularity and social reputation in the field of preschool education in the city and districts.

Management team
管理团队
幼儿园领导团队有七位管理者组成。五位学前教育专业毕业，专业能力强，管理经验丰富，有较强的课程领导力与执行力；一位财经专业毕业，工作经历丰富，协调能力强；一位青年教师评为区级优秀青年教师，荣获上海市民办幼儿园中青年教师教学评优一等奖。整个领导集体老中青有机结合，优势互补，显示强劲的领导力与战斗力。
The Kindergarten leadership team consists of seven managers. Five of them graduated from Pre-school Education Major with strong professional ability, rich management experience and strong curriculum leadership and execution; one of them graduated from Finance and Economics Major with rich work experience and strong coordination ability; and the seventh member was rated as an outstanding young teacher at the district level and won the first prize of teaching evaluation for young and middle-aged teachers in private kindergartens in Shanghai. The whole leading team organically combines the old, the middle-aged and the young, and has complementary advantages, showing strong leadership and strength.
后勤保障
幼儿园后勤保障人员均有相应的资格证与一定的工作经历，有为教育一线服务的工作态度。
保育队伍
保健教师、保育员、营养员，幼儿园保育队伍专业素养比较高， 大多有中高级资格，中高级保育员占90%。保育组2020年3月 荣获奉贤区巾帼文明岗。
园领导集体
副园长：姚勤，工作经历丰富，曾任会计事务所项目经理、银行部门经理、进修学校常务副校长等职务；分管幼儿园后勤保障、人事财务、校园安全、学籍管理等。 园长助理（业务）：徐妹，华师大学前教育专业，有十多年幼儿园闵行区民办幼儿园业务园长经历，分管幼儿园教育教学、教育科研等。 工会主席、家教中心主任、外教主管：何玲，江苏师范大学学前教育本科，有丰富国际幼儿园教育经验；分管幼儿园家教与社区指导工作、外教教学管理等。 教师发展中心主任：潘育新，奉贤区教育学院学前教育教研员； 分管幼儿园教师专业培训与指导，协助幼儿园人事档案等。 保育主管：唐丽华，华师大学前教育专业，有数十年幼儿园卫 生保健管理经验，分管保育管理工作等。 社区信息主管：盛佳，上海市民办幼儿园教学评优一等奖，区级优 秀教师；分管0-3早教与社区教育、信息管理。
Faculty team
师资团队
每班配备一位中文老师、一位外籍老师、一位生活教师（保育员），都是有一定教育保育工作经历的教师。
幼儿园还配有创意美术、HABA、经典诵读等专职教师。
外聘游泳与篮球教练、书法教师、棋类教师、幼小衔接启蒙课程教师等。
Each class is equipped with a Chinese teacher, a foreign teacher and a teacher for daily life management (child care), all of whom have certain experience in education and child care.The Kindergarten also provides full-time teachers for creative art, HABA, classic reading, etc.Swimming and basketball coaches, calligraphy teachers, chess teachers, and enlightenment course teachers for transition from kindergarten to primary school are employed externally.
